PVC Rigid

Rigid PVC (polyvinyl chloride) is a strong, stiff, low cost plastic material that is easy to fabricate and easy to bond using adhesives or solvents. The rigid form of PVC is mainly used for pipes, profile (doors and windows) and sheet applications. Roughly half of the world's PVC resin manufactured annually is used for producing pipes for municipal and industrial applications.

Esthetic Colors

Color is one of the most critical visual aspects of your design. It is used to differentiate yourself on the shelf, to convey a message, to follow a color trend, to create a certain association or atmosphere. Over the years, we have developed a full palette of standard and customized esthetic colors in micro-granule and granule format. Based on your polymer and requirements we can design any color.

  • HOLCOBATCH® is a highly dispersed micro granule (0,4 mm) based on bio-wax carrier. Low melting point (80°C) and small particles enable quick color release, creating uniform color distribution at extreme low dosing levels. Smooth processing is garantueed because it will not influence the rheology (flow characteristics) of your CaZn of Pb compound during extrusion or injection moulding. Ideal solution for colors with dosing levels starting from 0,1% upto 1% maximum.

    Are you using pigments ? Working with HOLCOBATCH® contributes towards a cleaner working place, because it is dust-free. This means that cleaning costs are kept to a minimum because no pigment-dust pollution will occur in the mixing department and you will have less cleaning after color change. You don’t need any extra equipment because it can be added manually in the hot/cold mixer.

  • HOLCOPRILL is a highly concentrated cylindrical granule (1,5 mm) based on bio-wax carrier. Low melting point (80°C) and small particles enable quick color release, creating uniform color distribution at lowest possible color costs. It has been specially designed to have problem free procesing with dosing levels starting from 0,1% upto 2% maximum.

  • HOLCOPEARL® 81 serie is a highly dispersed granule (2,5 mm) based on bio wax & polymeric carrier. Low melting point (80°C) offers smooth processing, uniform colouring and lower dosing levels compared to masterbatches. Ideal solution for colors with dosing levels starting from 0,2% upto 3% maximum.

We have decades of experience to help you select the best options to improve and protect your product. Our additives can be used in combination with color to enable combination of desired effect in the final application. We also offer a tolling service for customers who wish to encapsulate their own additives using our advanced encapsulation technology. Based on your polymer and requirements we can supply our additives in micro-granule and granule format.

Visual Effects

We have a wide range of special effects which are suitable for thermoplastics, thermosets, elastomer and coatings.
