AA Blocker
Protecting the taste of premium mineral water, TasteGuard catches the naturally occurring acetaldehyde (AA) that can affect the taste of the non-sparkling water during PET production and processing.
With liquid AA blocker oil accumalates in PET recycling stream, causing yellowing. AA blockers in liquid format can sedimentate or damage the dosing tubes causing instable dosing during production. TasteGuard was specifically tested to prevent yellowing in the recycling process and you will have no sedimentation which means stable dosing during processing.

TasteGuard 175 serie is a highly concentrated cylindrical granule (1,5 mm) based on bio-wax carrier. Low melting point ( 80°C ) and small particles enable quick additive release, creating uniform TasteGuard distribution at lowest possible costs. It has been specially designed to have smooth procesing with dosing levels starting from 0,02% upto 0,1% maximum.
