Our colorants can be applied in batch, continuous and semi-continuous (dispenser) production processes without affecting the chemical and mechanical properties of the sealant.

HOLCOSIL IP 15 serie is a non-reactive PDMS silicone 100/1000 based colorant for the coloring of silicon sealant compounding (RTV-1). It is suitable for batch-mix, continuous and dispensers.

HOLCOFLEX 216M serie is linear non reactive plasticizer (non-phtalate) based colorant. It is treated to reduce the moisture content in order to increase shelf-life significantly. It is also available in blending colors. Holcoflex is mainly used for polyurethane sealants, modified silicone (MS) polymer sealants and hybrid formulas like hybrid silicone/polyurethane sealants.
