Today’s PET packaging players are jumping aboard the circular train by using more recycled PET to help close the loop. Cut costs by incorporating a wider range of rPET, including the cheapest grades. Our TintMask solution neutralizes the yellow or green tint that is common to recycled PET. Compliant with EU and FDA directives, TintMask products will not migrate or sublimate in a high vacuum process, and can be used with both flake and granular recycled PET. TintMask colorants can be dosed directly on-line at any stage in the recycling process stage.

TintMask 263 serie is a liquid additive for PET that enables extreme low dosing and provides significant economic advantages compared to masterbatch. Quick release results in excellent distribution of additive with dosing levels starting from 0,02% upto 0,2% maximum. TintMask is thermally stable so it will not burn during the process and you won’t experience problems with “black spots” in your preforms, bottles or sheet.

TintMask 11 and 131 serie is a highly dispersed micro granule (0,4 mm) based on bio-wax carrier suitable for PET. Low melting point and small particles enable quick additive release, creating uniform TintMask distribution at extreme low dosing levels starting from 0,02% upto 0,2% maximum.
