PET bottles are robust, easy to open/close and offer improved consumer’s drinking experience.
Our light barrier generates a great-looking white monolayer PET bottle that blocks 100% UV radiation and up to 99.9% of visible light. This means that UHT and ESL milk will be preserved just like multilayer and carton packaging while reducing production costs and waste.

HOLCOMER serie is a granulate with average size of 3 mm and based on special FDA approved polyester carrier with low melting point (240 - 255°C). Recommended dosing level is 5 upto 15%, depending on application, required opacity and wall thickness. HOLCOMER works on standard monolayer equipment and bottles can be laser marked without it affecting the color in any way.
